Application for admission selection and status of residence

04 Admission selection
We will make a judgment on the entrance examination and interview, admission application, application documents.
05 Application for status of residence
Apply for a status of residence examination at the Immigration Bureau of Japan. Depending on the examination result, a visa may not be issued. Please check the application documents here.

Sending a certificate of residence status and depositing tuition fees

06 Announcement of results
Once your status of residence is issued, you will be notified by email of the required documents and invoice for tuition fees.
07 Payment of tuition fees
Please remit to the designated bank account by the due date. Please bear the remittance fee.
08 Sending documents
After confirming payment, we will mail you the necessary documents such as the Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

  • -The short-term course is for those who want to learn Japanese in a short period of time. Participation from 1 month is possible.

  • -Those who have already stayed in Japan and have a visa.
  • -Those who come to Japan with a family stay visa or a short-term stay visa. Or those who plan to stay.

  • 2.Please bring your application form, two certificates, residence card, passport copy and tuition fee to the school.
  • 3.Take a level check test. (Classification test)
  • 4.Participate in class.

If you live abroad

  • 1.Please download the application form from the homepage.
  • 2.Please mail the application form, 2 certificates, and a copy of your passport, and remit the tuition fee (documents will also be accepted by email).
  • 3.When applying for a short-term tourist visa for short-term language training, request the school for the necessary documents required by the Japanese embassy and apply for a visa.

Tuition fees vary depending on the 1- to 2-year course. You will also need the money for life, such as a student dormitory and health insurance. Please check here for details.

It's hard when you just came to Japan, but there are many places around the school where you can work part-time, such as factories, restaurants, and shopping streets. Also, when looking for a part-time job, the teacher will help you.

Student dormitories are available. We will prepare furniture appliances and cooking utensils so that you can live immediately from the day of entry. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by bicycle to school. Click here for details such as costs.

If you get sick or injured, your teacher will accompany you to the hospital. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately. Please be assured that the medical expenses will be cheaper with the National Health Insurance, which you join when you enter Japan.

School hours are divided into morning classes [9: 00-12: 50] and afternoon classes [13: 10-17: 00] from Monday to Friday for both long-term and short-term courses. Click here for details.

It consists of 15 students per class. We are doing this in a small class to enhance the opportunities for speaking and asking questions.

There are many events throughout the year such as cherry blossom viewing, festivals, autumn leaves, tea ceremony and kakizome for Japanese culture experience, disaster experience facilities, excursions, graduation trips for off-campus learning.

Every year from around June, we will have an interview about the course. Please consult about various career paths such as university, vocational school or employment. We support you in choosing a school, submitting an application for admission, and practicing an interview.
